Each order is carefully packed by hand in County Donegal, typically dispatched within three to five working days. Delivery timings and rates for Ireland, the United Kingdom and international destinations are shown at checkout.
Once dispatched, tracking details are sent to your email. Please allow additional time during launch periods and public holidays.
Every piece is inspected before it leaves the studio. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days at michele@whatlieswithin.ie with a photograph and we will make it right.
For change of mind returns, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within fourteen days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
Fine bone china is designed to be enjoyed. Gentle handwashing keeps each piece at its best. Please avoid the microwave and sudden changes in temperature.
