The flower of welcome.

Few flowers are more closely associated with the Irish countryside than fuchsia. Introduced to Ireland in the eighteenth century, it found a perfect home along the mild Atlantic coast, where it flourishes in hedgerows, cottage gardens, and winding country lanes.

In places such as Donegal, Kerry, Cork, and Connemara, its vibrant pink and purple blossoms have become part of the landscape itself. Often called Deora Dé, or God's Tears, because of its pendant, tear shaped flowers, fuchsia has long inspired affection and admiration.

The Fuchsia Collection celebrates the relationships that sustain us, the kindness we offer one another, and the beauty found in belonging.
